Are Stormpath e-mails going out?

If you suspect Stormpath e-mails are not being delivered, please first check our status page:

Assuming there are no known issues listed, please send us:

  1. The type of email(s) in question. For example, “Password Reset Confirmation Message”
  2. Addresses of users that should have received an email but did not.
  3. Approximate timestamps for when the email(s) should have gone out.
