Our service and infrastructure is designed to be highly available, even during product upgrades. To date, Stormpath has never taken our service down for a planned upgrade or maintenance. While we will continue to strive to avoid scheduled downtime, it is possible we will need to in the future.
Regarding unplanned downtime, you can view historical availability on our status page and subscribe to alerts in the event we experience degraded performance or an outage.
For community API plans, we do not commit to a Service Level Agreement related to availability.
For Enterprise and Private Deployment plans, we guarantee 99.999% availability as part of our standard Service Level Agreement.
